In 2001, NCD established it’s subsidiary company as a Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises, Nanjing Golden Conda Magnetic material Co.Ltd (GCD). In 2006, another subsidiary was established in Hebei Province. Now NCD have four factories located in Nanjing and Xingtai.

　　The two main product families are series of low power loss ferrite and high permeability ferrite and include over 10 kinds of ferrite powder and around 400 kinds of ferrite cores, which can be made to transformers, coils. A wide range of applications are including telecommunication equipment, advanced household electrical appliances, computer systems, green lighting, EMI suppression, network system and industrial instruments and so on. Now the capacities of production are: 16000tons, year ferrite powder and 6000tons, year ferrite core.
