NCD Material Introduction in Recently Developed
LP9 is a high-performance ferrite material that achieves low loss over a wide range of temperature from 25℃~120 ℃ and this material also delivers high level of saturated magnetic flux density. LP9 not only can be used in main transformers for various switching power supplies , but also in electric vehicle applications and Green Lights device with big environment temperature change.
LP4 is a kind of MnZn ferrite material which has high saturation magnetic flux density at high temperature (450mT at 100℃, 390 mT at 140℃), much more than PC40 level material (390mT at 100℃), it also has same pow loss and high curie temperature 270℃ compare with traditional power material 230℃.
This material is with advantage of high environment temperature and high transmission power density, especially in high DC component, such as APFC inductors in switching power supply and and output chokes. Meanwhile ,LP4 also can be use in the special lighting area, such as magnetic transducer in magnetic energy lamp.
LP5 is power material with advantage of low core loss in high frequency range from 500-1000kHz , and suitable for transformers ,choke coils of high frequency swiching power supply, DC-DC converter and HID ballast.
LP3F is power material with advantage of low core loss in high frequency range from 100-400kHz, equal to Ferroxcube material 3F3, widely used in small size ,flat shape and modular DC-DC、AC-DC、DC-AC power supply.
